HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43931 of 2018 O R D E R:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.25 guntas in Sy.No.534/RU, admeasuring Ac.0.04 guntas in Sy.No.532/AA, and admeasuring Ac.0.03 guntas in Sy.No.522/AA, situated at Rampally village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal District vide Khata No.842; that the petitioner's name was also mutated in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and the petitioner also obtained 1-B FORM (ROR) in his name and pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued to the petitioner. While so, the petitioner made representation to the 4th respondent on 05.06.2018 for issuance of new pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour. As no action is being taken on the same present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that representation dated 05.06.2018 submitted by the petitioner is not clear and that the said application appears to be requesting the MRO for conversion of subject land into non agriculture purpose.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make fresh application to the 4th respondent.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application to the 4th respondent seeking for issuance of new pattadar pass books and also benefit under 'Rythubandhu' scheme, and on such application being filed, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and take action, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 05.12.2018 tk
