When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned standing counsel Sri M.S.Rama Chandra Murthy that vide order Rc.No.218/2015/B4/DVC, dated 30.06.2015, the Project Director, District Water Management Agency, Visakhapatnam District - 4th respondent herein refused to extend the services of the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to assail the order dismissing him from service, if he is so advised.
