This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.08.2017 in I.A.No.172 of 2017 in O.S.No.49 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Sidhout.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file a fresh petition along with the General Power of Attorney.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
