THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12611 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.142 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Reinbazar Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police after investigating into the matter filed the charge sheet before the concerned court referring the case as lack of evidence. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
