THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT APPEAL NO.809 OF 2016 AND WRIT PETITION NO.28036 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri V.R.Avula, learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner, would submit that the Gram Panchayat has passed a resolution on 07.09.2016 resolving to extend the facility of tap connection to all the applicants whose applications are pending consideration. Learned counsel would submit that, in view of this resolution, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Without expressing any opinion on the validity or otherwise of the resolution of the Gram Panchayat, and in the light of the submission that the cause in the Writ Petition itself does not survive, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous, and the Writ Appeal is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
