Challenging a demand notice and a symbolic possession notice issued respectively under sub-sections (2) and (4) of Section 13 of SARFAESI Act, 2002, the petitioners have come up with the above writ petition.
2. Heard Mr. P. Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. As against the measures taken under Section 13(4), the petitioners have an effective alternative remedy of appeal under Section 17 to the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioners to go before the Tribunal, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
