THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11066 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing guidelines in his Lr.No. 1090/EGS (FA), 2014 Dt: 29-7-2015 and Lr.No. 1090/EGS(FA),2015 Dt: 11-8consequential termination orders issued by 4th respondent in terminating the service of petitioner as Filed Assistants in Ravuru Villages, Gudluru Mandal, Prakasam District in his Rc.No. A2/Hrcell/FA&SM/941/2015 Dt. 22-08-2015 without any reason or basis and that too without issuing any notice and without conducting any enquiry as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, discriminative, highhanded, motivated colourable excise of power, without jurisdiction misuse of official power, whimsical and fanciful and against the principles of natural justice and against Art. 14 and 16 of the constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.27468 of 2015 and batch, dated 31.12.2015.

3. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the above said order. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
