Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri V.Mahesh Kumar, submitted that that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Joint collector, Karimnagar in file No.D1/ 2306/ 2015 dated 25.01.2018, and, therefore, seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
