Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as a Conductor in the office of the first respondent. He was initially taken on daily wage basis on 05.10.2007. He was deputed to the Peshi of Hon'ble Ministers, at Secretariat on 01.01.2012 and after completion of period of deputation he was shifted to his original office. During the period of deputation he did not receive any salary and he submitted a representation for the said purpose. He further states that during the year 2013 he met with an accident and sustained injuries. He submitted representations on 25.06.2015 and 07.12.2015 ventilating his grievance and informing that he is fit for duty and hence he may be permitted to join duty as Conductor. When there was no response from the respondents, the present Writ Petition was filed.
3. Since the present Writ Petition is for consideration of the representations dated 25.06.2015 and 07.12.2015, this Court feels that it is not necessary to retain the Writ Petition and hence disposes of the same with a direction to the respondents to consider the said representations in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
