..

Respondents This court made the following :

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.39451 OF 2016 ORDER :

The dispute in the writ petition is with reference to the extent of land to which petitioner is entitled for grant of benefits under the land pooling scheme under Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act. According to the petitioner, she is entitled to Ac.1.65 cents, whereas, according to the respondent-CRDA, petitioner is entitled to Ac.1.46 cents only. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of CRDA, on instructions, would submit that since the Tahsildar has determined the extent of land owned by the petitioner and the same is already uploaded on the website, it is for the petitioner to work out her remedy against such determination either by way of filing revision on the survey before the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records or to work out civil remedies. 3.

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy against the determination of the extent of land in favour of the petitioner as Ac.1.46 cents only as against her claim of Ac.1.65 cents, as available to her.

4.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
