Questioning the action of the respondents in not disposing of the representation of the petitioners dated 17.09.2016 with respect to the building permission granted in favour of one M/s.S.S.Constructions vide permit dated 23.10.2009.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondent authorities would consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as soon as possible. 4.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
