HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.17486 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings dated 22.03.2016 issued by the 4th respondent-Divisional Panchayat Officer. According to the petitioner's understanding, petitioner is was directed to pay the lease amount for the fishing operations for a period of three years commencing from the years 2015-16. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not liable to pay any amount for the period commencing from 2015-16 to the respondents and by setting out all the detail the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.04.2016 to the 4th respondentDivisional Panchayat Officer, and hence a direction may be given to the 4th respondent-D.P.O to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

Considering the nature of the relief which is being sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent-D.P.O to dispose of the representation dated 11.04.2016 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
