THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.43957, 43965, 43970, 43972, 44000 AND 44017 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in interfering with the construction activity undertaken by the petitioners' in the subject lands, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, is not interfering with the possession of the petitioners and that the subject property is a private property.

Sri N.Praveen Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent - Municipality, on instructions, submit that the municipal authorities not interfering with the possession of the petitioners; and that if they find any deviations, they will take action in accordance with law.

In view of the afore-stated facts and circumstances, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the construction activity undertaken by the petitioners' over subject lands, if the same is as per the permission granted by the 4th respondent. However, if any deviations are found in respect of subject constructions, it is open for the 4th respondent to take action by following due process of law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed. No costs. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Date:19-12-2018 avs
