It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was again suspended after passing of orders in the writ petition because of his involvement in a criminal case and as such, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive.

Recording the aforesaid submission, Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
