HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8898 of 2002 O R D E R:- When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Lab Technician Grade II (Laboratory), and this Court vide order dated 7.5.2002 was pleased to issue interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner. He further submitted that on 23.2.2006, this Court was pleased to issue further direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law, and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
