The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated accompanying affidavit, It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent in not issue the Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds and record the Petitioner name in the concerned Revenue Records for the land in Sy. No. 66/1 to an extent of Ac. 101-00 guntas, situated at Rajulakothapalli Village, Nellikuduru Mandal, Warangal District (Mahabubabad District), in pursuance of the Sada Sale Deed Dated 2005-1999 and in pursuance of the Regularization vide file No.

ROR/1650/275/2002 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principals of natural justice and contrary to the Mandatory of the AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and pass order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.' Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, informed this Court that the application of the petitioner was considered by the Tahsildar, Nellikuduru Mandal, and by Memo dated 11.03.2009, his request for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book/title deed was rejected. Learned Assistant Government Pleader was thereupon directed to produce a copy of the said Memo. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader produced a copy of the Memo bearing Rc.No.B/925/2018 dated 11.03.

2019 issued by the Tahsildar, Nellikuduru Mandal, Warangal District (Mahabubabad District), citing the reasons for rejecting the application of the petitioner. A copy of the said memo is directed to be furnished to Sri G.Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the aforestated rejection, the cause in this writ petition with regard to the alleged inaction on the part of the authorities stands settled. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforestated memo dated 11.03.2019, it is for him to seek redressal thereof by way of

independent proceedings in accordance with law. Leaving it open to him to do so, the writ petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
