RESPONDENTS Petition under Artrcle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order, direction or a writ particularly in the nature of Writ of lr,4andamus declaring that the action of the police authorities in harassing the petitioner by way of calling her to the police station and threatening to arrest her in crime No. 12 of 2016 registered by the respondent NO.3, without there being any allegations or case against the petitioner, is highly illegal, arbitrary, colourable exercise of powers and abuse of process of law. Consequently, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to not to arrest/harass the petitioner, ln crime No. 12 of 2016 registered by the respondent NO.3;

WPMP. NO: 5001 OF 2016 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass an interim direction thereby directing the police authorities not to arrest the petitioner in crime No. 12 oI 2016 registered by respondent No. 3, or harass her in any manner whatsoever.
