Vallabhapuram Aadam v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.45143 of 2018 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that they are the assignees of the subject lands in the writ petition and the respondents acquired said lands without paying any compensation to the petitioners. As such, they made representation dated 08.12.2016 to the respondents but the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the subject lands were sold, as such the same were resumed to the Government.
The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Since the representation of the petitioners dated 08.12.2016 is pending before the authorities, it is for the competent authority to consider the same and pass orders and communicate the same to the petitioners enabling them to challenge the said order if they are aggrieved. While considering the representation of the petitioners it is for the competent authority to consider the objections pointed out by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 28.12.2018 tk
