This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 20.09.2018 and 28.11.2018 in W.P.No.32755 of 2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court not to press the Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to raise all her contentions in the pending Writ Petition. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
