Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2018 for mutating her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that petitioner has not filed application in form VI-A under A. P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, by paying requisite fee through Online, as such, the competent authority could not consider the request stated to have been made by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be given liberty to file fresh application through on-line and the same may be directed to be considered.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application through On-line along with necessary documents and the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application, by giving notice and opportunity to the petitioner and other effected parties, if any, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
