THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40120 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 28.03.2017 and 08.04.2017 demoting the petitioner from Director to Supervisor in level and job transfer to SEZ Construction Logistic Department and termination. After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court enquired with regard to the maintainability of the Writ Petition and at that stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law.

In view of the above, granting such permission, the Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
