This civil suit is filed to pass a decree in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants for recovery of an amount of US $ 54,624.50 equivalent to Rs.39,32,964/-.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the plaintiff is intending to withdraw the civil suit in view of settlement arrived between the parties. 3.

In view of the same, the civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this civil suit shall stand dismissed in consequence.
