THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.12999 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in Cr.No.692 of 2018 of Medipally Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 448 and 354 IPC and u/ sec.12 of the POCSO Act, on the report of the 1st respondentdefacto-complainant. Both the petitioner/ accused and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offence. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in Cr.No.692 of 2018 of Medipally Police Station. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
