THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD C.E.R.C.No.32 of 2003 ORDER: (per SK,J) Ms.T.Sudha, learned counsel representing Mr.B.Narasimha Sarma, learned senior standing counsel for the Revenue, states that a letter dated 30.05.2017 was addressed by the Joint Commissioner, Legal & Prosecution, Commissionerate of Central Excise & Service Tax, Hyderabad-IV, instructing the counsel to withdraw this revision. A copy of the said letter is placed on record.

The revision is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
