Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Y.Sudhakar, submits that survey numbers of the subject land have been mentioned wrongly in the writ affidavit and, therefore, he has instructions from his clients to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file fresh writ petition mentioning the correct survey numbers, and, therefore he seeks permission for the same. Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
