ORDER

This application is filed by the applicants seeking to file the claims pertaining to the Chit Nos.SPLX2/17, SPLX2/16 & SPLX2/15 of the 1st respondent before the 2nd respondent. It is stated in the affidavit filed by the 4th applicant that when the 2nd respondent invited claims, he missed to file the above claims and the amount of each chit comes to Rs.20,00,000/-. He states that non-filing of the claims was not intentional but due to oversight.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed giving liberty to the applicants to file the claims pertaining to the above chits before the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the 2nd respondent will consider such claims after receipt of the same in accordance with law.
