Sri Vijay B. Paropakari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper pleadings in accordance with law. Sri V. Siddhartha Goud, learned counsel representing Sri V. Narsimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, states that he has no objection. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
