These applications filed seeking to permit the de-facto complainant to compromise the matter with the accused in C.C.No.725 of 2016 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which arose out of Crime No.318 of 2016 of Amberpet Police Station. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these applications are allowed.

Consequently, criminal petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.725 of 2016 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
