The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.443 of 2015 on the file of the Chatrinaka Police Station, Hyderabad District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated in the affidavit that basing on the complaint lodged by the 5th respondent for the offence under Sections 498-A, 494 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the above crime was registered against the petitioner and that the petitioner never committed any offence as alleged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents Nos.2 to 4 are directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.443 of 2015 on the file of Chatrinaka Police Station, Hyderabad District, and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioner.
