Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Petitioners contend that they have applied on 31.01.2016 vide application Nos.LRS/3000052494 and 3000054375 for regularization of their plots plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015 but the respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioners' applications, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' applications, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
