O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that her husband was granted tree patta vide B.Dis.No.3494/71(B5) dated 10.10.1971 with license as per appendix - XIV of paragraph No.2 of Standing Order No.19-B for a total of 116 coconut trees in R.S.No.5/54 and 6/62 of Neggipudi village, Penumatra Mandal of West Godavri District. As per the conditions of the said tree patta, her husband planted coconut trees and paid early taxes regularly. After the demise of her husband on 27.02.2010, she continued in possession and enjoyment, and made number of representations, and the latest one was made on 27.11.2018, for mutating her name in the tree patta licence dated 10.10.1971. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering her representations, and in seeking her to evict her from the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, to consider the representation of the petitioner stated to have been made on 27.11.2018 and taking appropriate action in accordance with law. However, respondents shall not interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property, without following due process of law.
