ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be in occupation of M/s. S.V.S.Rice Traders and its unit is provided with service connection SC No. 0501401199. There appears to be interse dispute between petitioner and 5th respondent and 5th respondent filed O S No. 307 of 2014 on the file of Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda. Petitioner now alleges that 5th respondent seems to have made an application for disconnection of power supply and in response thereof official respondents are taking steps to disconnect the power supply.

If petitioner is occupying the premises, normally power supply connection will not be disconnected without occupier is put on notice and admittedly so far power supply is not disconnected to petitioner unit. On mere apprehension, this writ petition is filed and the same is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as and when cause of action arises. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
