THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 to 5 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13197 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and A.6 are the accused in Cr.No.196 of 2015 of M.R.Palli Police Station, Tirupati UPD, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 384 and 506 r/ w 34 IPC on the report of the 1st respondent-defacto-complainant. The petition I.A.No.5 of 2018 filed by the A.2-D.Sushma seeking to permit her as General Power of Attorney (for short, 'GPA') to represent A.2-D.Sudhamani, is allowed.

The petitioners and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 to 5 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and A.6 in Cr.No.196 of 2015 of M.R.Palli Police Station, Tirupati UPD, Chittoor District. The petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and A.6 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
