THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2484 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Court by a common order, dated 28.04.2017, in W.P.No.7237 of 2017 and batch, enabled the vacate petitioner to operate the bank account until further orders. The present contempt case is filed alleging violation of the said order by the fifteenth respondent, Andhra Bank. Now the fifteenth respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that due to misunderstanding the account was closed initially and now unfreezed the said account enabling the petitioner to operate the bank account.
