THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.44091 AND 44106 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the orders passed by the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Nuzvid, Krishna District under Section 5(B) of the A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, in ROR Appeal Rc.No.2129 of 2017 dated 18.04.2018, and in ROR Appeal Rc.C.No.735 of 2015 dated 28.05.2018, petitioners in both the writ petitions, have filed revisions under Section 9 of the said Act, before the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector, Krishna at Machilipatnam on 19.10.2018 and 01.10.2018 respectively. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petitions have been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, both the writ petitions are disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeals stated to have been filed by the petitioners on 19.10.2018 and 01.10.2018 respectively, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
