I.A.Nos.4 & 5 of 2018 are filed to permit the 2nd petitioner/A.2 to represent petitioner Nos.1 & 3/A.1 & A.3 as GPA holder from the GPA filed. Hence both the IAs are allowed.

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant along with the victim-LW.3 are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.3534 of 2018 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Cyberabad, which is outcome of crime No.565 of 2017 of Kukatpally Police Station, Medchal District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.3534 of 2018 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
