O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that she filed a representation dated 19-12-2017 before the 1st respondent for restoring the digital signature of the Tahsildar in web land of online relating to land to an extent of Ac.1-53 cents, 0.87 and 1.98 cents in Sy.Nos 562/2C, 772/1 and 773/1 respectively situated at Paimogam Revenue Village, Thavanampalli Mandal, Chittoor District. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of representation filed by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
