THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.44104 of 2018 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the letter, dated 01.11.2018, issued by respondent No.2-Joint Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad (Twin Cities).

At the first instance, it may be noted that the impugned letter is only a communication to a private party and that by itself does not give rise to any cause of action to the petitioner to file the present writ petition. Apart from that, in the said letter, the particulars of the Office Bearers of Telangana Greater Hyderabad Municipal Employees Union were furnished by respondent No.2 and the same does not affect the rights of any individual, as what has been done by respondent No.2 is furnishing of information as available in the records. In the circumstances, if any person has grievance with respect to furnishing of information, the proper remedy available to him is to approach the civil Court by challenging the same.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
