This revision is arising out of order, dated 10.10.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.203 2018 in M.C.No.18 of 2015 by the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kotabommali.

The order, dated 10.10.2018 reads as under:

"Petitioner called present. Respondent called absent petition, this petition filed without any reason for his absence. Hence, the petition is dismissed. Issue NBW against the respondent on payment of process." 3.

The order passed by the trial Court is an interlocutory order. The revision is not maintainable under Section 397 (2) Cr.P.C.

Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
