This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 to quash F.I.R. No.52 of 2015 of Mallapur Police Station, Karimnagar District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet is filed in the subject crime and P.R.C.No.22 of 2016 is given. 4.

In the impugned proceedings, Crime No.52 of 2015 of Mallapur Police Station, Karimnagar District is under challenge. Since charge sheet is filed in the said crime, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner/ A.1 is at liberty to work out her remedies available under law.
