This contempt is filed alleging violation of interim order passed by this court in W.P.NO.25855 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has withdrawn the writ petition on 20.02.2018. He also field copy of order dated 20.02.2018 in W.P.No.25855 of 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the same. In view of the same, cause in the contempt case does not survive and the contempt is accordingly dismissed.
