THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.11115 of 2002 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed by the Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation challenging the impugned Award dated 4.9.2001 passed by the Labour Court II, Hyderabad in I.D.No.128 of 1998 in favour of the 1st respondent.

This writ petition was dismissed against the 1st respondent vide orders dated 6.10.2010 and thereafter no steps have been taken to restore the writ petition against the 1st respondent. As the writ petition is dismissed against the 1st respondent, vide orders dated 6.10.2010, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. In the absence of the 1st respondent, this writ petition cannot be decided as he is a contesting respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
