This Petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.311 of 2012 on the file of the VIII Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to XIV Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar to try along with O.S.No.334 of 2017. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar petition before the competent authority.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
