Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader informs the Court that orders of this Court are complied and the amounts payable to the petitioners are being paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioners points out that even though amounts are paid, but what is relevant is endorsement made by the Audit officer while forwarding proposals which would read "the basic pay's approved in RSP 2010 are subject to obtaining ratification orders from Government on appointments made after introduction of Act 2 of 1994 and G.O.Ms.No.212 F&P(F.W-P.C-III) Dept., dated 22-04-1994". This objection is contrary to the directions of this Court and therefore, the same cannot be enforced even in future also. The Audit Officer is warned to be careful in future.
