As one of the guidelines of the Apex Court in Priyanka Srivastava V. State of U.P.1 reiterated by subsequent Three Judge Bench expression of the Apex Court in Ramdev Food Products V. State of Gujarat2, once mandates the compliance of Section 154(3) and

(1) Cr.P.C., as the case may be, the objection raised by the Judicial Magistrate of First class, Peddapally, in C.F.No.2609 of 2018, dated 22.10.2018, holds good, for nothing to interfere. 2.

The petitioner can take back the complaint and comply the said requirement and re-submit the complaint thereafter before the lower Court.
