Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the party-in-person for respondent.

This Tr.C.M.P. is filed to transfer F.C.O.P.No.205 of 2018 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad to the file of II Additional Family court, Prashanthnagar, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District to try along with Guardian O.P.No.449 of 2018. 3.

The counsel for petitioner contended that both cases ought to be tried by the same Court, and since the petitioner is staying at Kukatpally and respondent has also taken the custody of the child, it would be difficult for her to travel to the Family Court, at Secunderabad for each and every adjournment.

The party-in-person, appearing for respondent, stated that the minor child is in his custody and he is staying in Secunderabad, and it is difficult for him to travel along with the child to Kukatpally and both the cases be transferred to the Family Court, at Secunderabad. 5.

In the light of the difficulty expressed by respondent and since it is desirable to hear both the cases together in order to avoid conflicting orders, G.O.P.No.449 of 2018 on the file of II Additional Family court, Prashanthnagar, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District is transferred to the Family Court, Secunderabad to be tried along with

Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No order as to costs. 7.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Petition, shall stand closed.
