This writ petition is filed alleging that respondent No.4 has issued the impugned proceedings dated 08.10.2018, allowing spurious members into 5th respondent-Munugode Fishermen Cooperative Society. 2.

As there is an alternative remedy of appeal before the Cooperative Tribunal, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 08.10.2018 before the appellate authority. As the petitioner was bonafidely pursuing the writ petition before this Court, the Tribunal may entertain the appeal, without reference to the aspect of Limitation.
