Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri S.Sriram filed a letter dt.04-06-2018 seeking to withdraw this Commercial O.P.No.1 of 2017. He has also reiterated the said request in the open Court. Accordingly, the Commercial O.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
