O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that against the order passed by the 3rd respondent - Joint Collector in D.Dis(E4) ESECOLAS(APL)/17/2016 dated 30.08.2017, she filed revision before the 2nd respondent - Commissioner of Appeals, vide proceedings in CCLA No.Assignment.BCW2/227/2017, along with application seeking for stay. Her grievance is that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same, and the 3rd respondent is taking steps for eviction. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal, referred to above, filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the appeal, status quo obtaining as on today with regard to possession over the subject property shall be maintained.
