This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-disposal of representation dated 24-05-2017 made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.3-07 guntas in Sy.No.167(A) situated at Kothur Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the petitioner has to make necessary application under form VI-A as per the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file necessary application. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application under form VI-A and on such application, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
